Is the listing really free?
Yes — listing is free. The only charge is a one-time Ksh 500 setup fee which covers your profile creation, verification, and onboarding. There is no monthly fee on the Basic tier.
How quickly will my listing go live?
Within 24 hours on business days after we receive your payment confirmation and listing details. We'll send you a confirmation message with your live listing link.
How do I receive buyer enquiries?
Directly to your registered WhatsApp number and email. No middleman, no commission. Buyers contact you straight from your listing page.
Can I upgrade my package after signing up?
Absolutely. You can upgrade at any time. Just WhatsApp us and we'll switch you over the same day.
What if my property sells before my listing expires?
Contact us and we'll mark it as sold or remove it. Credits can be applied to a future listing if requested within 7 days.
Do you cover properties outside Nairobi?
Yes — we cover all of Kenya including Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret, the Coast, and beyond. Agricultural land, beachfront, plots — anything in Kenya.
